Recently, I have noticed that when I make a post anywhere on the fediverse, I am no longer able to see that post, or any comments in it. If someone does post a comment, I will get the notification, and will be able to see the first few words of the comment, but if I click on the notification to see the full thread, it’ll not...

No real issue with comments, but my posts only show up on this server, and not on the remote one. This is so bad that I was thinking on getting a Lemmy account for posting there.

I’m a Reddit refugee who was on that platform for 10+ years. I saw not just a tremendous amount of controversies, but attempts at introducing alternatives to Reddit during all of them. Every single poster I've seen responding to articles on Lemmy and kbin from this site have been shitty, angry little pricks with regressive takes on everything. We need to block these trolls before they ruin engagement from well-reasoned humans.

I tried messing around with other instances and all of their interfaces are terrible and confusing! I don’t think I could ever use anything other than kbin.

For clarification, I am not talking about using multiple accounts. I am talking about using a single account, and giving your own post a single upvote....
