Can't see many posts on kbinmeta even though the posters are not in my block list (including posts by Ernest). (kbin.social)

Are there plans for a 'hide thread' feature, under 'more'? (next to comment and boost)...
Still no API to enable official apps and no moderation tools. It really feels like it's lagging behind Lemmy at this point. Lemmy's growth has significantly outpaced kbin and it feels like it's going to just die a slow death now....
I tried to delete my account weeks ago and I am still waiting.
Who is the admin of this instance? I've send several emails using https://kbin.social/contact with no reply. Is this instance not moderated or what?
Some threads that are visible when logged out become invisible when logged in. This seems to apply to all magazines and all instances - I am not completely blocked from an instance or a magazine, they just don't show all the threads. This seemingly started relatively recently, because I now cannot open a thread that I commented...
Recently, I have noticed that when I make a post anywhere on the fediverse, I am no longer able to see that post, or any comments in it. If someone does post a comment, I will get the notification, and will be able to see the first few words of the comment, but if I click on the notification to see the full thread, it’ll not...
No real issue with comments, but my posts only show up on this server, and not on the remote one. This is so bad that I was thinking on getting a Lemmy account for posting there.
Per the title. Just wondering if we're going to see any response if we start seeing users from particular instances spreading terrorist propaganda or supporting them.
idkfa works by creating a two sided proxy. The frontside is public internet facing, and presents a single AP actor. The backside is intranet facing, communicating with a cornucopia of mastohonkoma servers. As activities pass through idkfa it rewrites them to ensure the actor and id fields are consistent. It also handles Follow...

For example see this comment:...
For some reason I just can't block @196. For several month, on PC and on iPhone. I can block other communities, but not this one. It goes into page with saying that over next few days the infrastructure will be updated. I thought in a few days it would be resolved, but it is more than two month. I thought maybe this is not known...
For clarification, I am not talking about using multiple accounts. I am talking about using a single account, and giving your own post a single upvote....
Hi, I've kind of stopped using kbin, the reason being that every time I go on this website, it asks me to relog in, even though I've selected remember me last time that I did log in....
These past couple of days comments on kbin.social have only had a single level of nesting, making it really had to follow the flow of comments and replies. This happens consistently and universally.
the filename usually has 6-9 characters of random letters

If anyone votes on an old comment from the source instance, your newly subscribed kbin instance will grab the older message when the new vote comes in. Works with both Lemmy and kbin sources....
This update includes listing the user setting on the General tab.
Just wanted to ask.
I know you can follow kbin users from Masto and co and see their threads and boosts and I think that's pretty cool, but what does it do on kbin? I followed two accounts to test and it looks like the threads they create will show up in my subscribed feed. But what about their microblog posts and boosts? It seems like there is no...
On kbin, I can see and subscribe to Peertube channels, but I never seem to get any content.
and is there anything we, kbin, or the wider fediverse can do to combat them?...
