Advisory: Temp defederation of /m/random on the main kbin instance

Due to an ongoing porn spam wave on /m/random@kbin.social, it has been temporarily defederated until it has passed. To be clear, only that magazine has been defederated and the main kbin instance (kbin.social) has not been defederated entirely.
