Looking at the (short!) list of defederated instances, I tried looking through this magazine to read about what caused some of the defederation actions -- unfortunately it looks like some of that information might've been lost in the mbin migration and subsequent cleanup?...

Is anyone else having the QR image not generate when trying to setup two-factor authentication?

I spent an incredible amount of time over the past few days unf*cking the fedia.io database. It should be clean now and that should both dramatically improve performance and fix all or most all of the remaining error 500’s

I cannot view the “we’re back” thread -- just get the error 500....

I saw other reports in the recent call for problems of errors around searching, but this seems, to me at least, to be reproducible....

There's a button when creating a thread which says "OC" with no further explanation. I've seen "OC" noted to the left of thread titles, presumably because somebody has ticked "OC". What does it mean??!

When clicking on an image it gets stuck loading the image. Opening the image link directly results in a 404. It seems that for some reason there is a /media missing in the url(?)....
